Gov. Joet ranks among top provincial leaders

The Institute for Global Education Exchange and Internship (IGEEI) has released its nationwide Youth Satisfaction and Trust Ratings Survey, recognizing the top-performing provincial governors based on governance, leadership, and public service delivery.

Among the distinguished leaders, Bataan Governor Jose Enrique “Joet” Garcia stands out with an 89% satisfaction rating, placing him among the most trusted provincial executives in the country. This recognition reflects his administration’s commitment to responsive governance, youth empowerment, and effective public service programs that directly benefit Bataeños.

Governor Garcia’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing key initiatives in Bataan, particularly in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic development. His focus on inclusive policies and innovative governance has strengthened the province’s reputation as a model for progress and good leadership.

Joining him at the top of the rankings are Governor Daniel R. Fernando of Bulacan, Governor Gwendolyn Garcia of Cebu, and Governor Susan A. Yap of Tarlac, all of whom share the same 89% satisfaction rating. Other notable leaders who earned high trust and satisfaction from the youth include Governor Ann K. Hofer of Zamboanga Sibugay, Governor Datu Pax Ali Mangudadatu of Sultan Kudarat, and Governor Matthew M. Manotoc of Ilocos Norte.

The survey highlights the increasing demand among young Filipinos for transparent, participatory, and results-driven governance. As the nation moves forward, the role of dynamic and forward-thinking leaders like Governor Joet Garcia will be crucial in shaping a more progressive and youth-centered future for the country.
